Shipping policy

Shipping Locations
We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom or USA. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping to other locations at this time.

International shipping

International Orders (Duties Included):
We ship to the USA using a Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) service. This means that all import duties, taxes, and customs charges are already included in the shipping cost shown at checkout. You will not have to pay any additional fees when your arrives.

 

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped out either the same day or the next business day, depending on the time the order is placed. Orders placed after [cutoff time, e.g., 2 PM] will typically be processed the following business day.
